Guarantee

We follow european guarantee norms which are for fix restorations like crowns and bridges 4 years of guarantee, for Implants 10 years (product). Special denture-systems and dentures have 4 years guarantee.

Due to the high quality of materials, our dental professionalism and well adjusted dental works that we carry out for you, it is very unlikely, that any damage could happen to your new teeth. In the unlikely event of failure of the laboratory work, you can contact us and we will carry out any remedial work in Spain on our costs.

Temporary crowns or stitches are excluded from guarantee. Reactive teeth after dental treatment due to coincidence is not a matter of guarantee as well as root canal treatments, that depend on health of organism of each patient.

Conditions for guarantee are an adequate dental hygiene, half-yearly check-ups with the dentist and normal health conditions.

We would like you to understand, that some treatments can not be guaranteed for more than 4 years because of health alterations, age and / or other influences that can compromise dental work. Like bruxism for example caused by stress or a later appearing parodontal disease that has nothing to do with the dental treatment undertaken, etc.

Excluded from guarantee:

• Severe health alterations causing tooth decay
• Low and unsatisfactory dental hygiene
• No yearly check-ups
• Allergies to dental materials
• Severe bone loss caused by general health alterations and age
• Additional treatments (medical) or disease that cause damage to your teeth
• Medication that can alterate and damage your teeth
• Chronical diseases, that can affect gum and teeth
• Parodontal diseases, some root canal treatments
• Accidental damage like dropping of the denture
